Once you place your order, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order (does not include weekends). Standard First Class Shipping takes 5-7 business days and Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Contact your nearest USPS location for more accurate shipping dates from your location. We ship out of Cincinnati, Ohio. We do not currently offer local pickup, but are working to incorporate this into our online store. 

We are not able to refund money due to customer not inputting promotional codes available.

Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a store credit of the price paid for the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.

Harper Kay only accepts store credit for returns. Return must be made within 15 days of merchandise ship date. After 15 days, the item is unable to be sent back. If items are returned worn, washed, without tags, or have makeup stains then we can unfortunately not offer you store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
